LFIA recognizes the benefit of this project which will bring much needed new housing to our neighborhood. We also recognize the importance of this project as it sits at the entryway to the Los Feliz Village and preservation of the Village is of utmost concern. LFIA is expecting the best form of design and construction at this location.

LFIA, the advocacy group for all residents of Los Feliz, has serious concerns about the proposed Hollywood Center Project. While we support the revitalization and redevelopment of Hollywood, the currently proposed project has many significant flaws that need to be addressed.

LFIA…objects to the City providing only the minimum allowed comment period for the Hollywood Center Project Draft DEIR.
LFIA has an interest in this project and would very much like to participate in the comment process, but will be challenged to do so on the constrained timeline.

LFIA, the advocacy group for all residents of Los Feliz, has serious concerns about the proposed Sidewalk Repair Program. We fully recognize the importance of having functioning sidewalks; however, cutting down mature trees in order to make the repair is a draconian solution. It should be the last option, not the first.
