Council motion 14-0656, and to include the Hillside Federation’s request to
map and further regulate development of slopes of 1:1 or greater.

During the lengthy process of providing input to the previous Hollywood Community Plan, the Los Feliz Improvement Association, joined with the Greater Griffith Park Neighborhood Council (now Los Feliz NC) to extensively review and comment on proposed zoning and land use changes.

At its May meeting, the board of the Los Feliz Improvement Association…voted to request the issuance of an Interim Control Ordinance to curtail the permitting of Small Lot Subdivisions (Zoned R-2) immediately adjacent to commercial properties on Hillhurst and Vermont Avenues, Hollywood Boulevard and Hyperion Avenues.
