DWP’s valve replacement project on Rowena Avenue between Hyperion Avenue and St. George Street starts the week of November 16th. There will not be any full street closure until Saturday, November 21st from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
During the water system infrastructure improvement project, some street parking will be unavailable.
The work schedule is as follows:
- Monday 11/16 – Friday 11/20: Work hours on Rowena Avenue are 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Saturday 11/21: Full street closure on Rowena Avenue. Work hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Detours via Griffith Park Boulevard will be posted.
- Monday 11/23 – Tuesday 11/24: Work hours on Rowena Avenue are 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
