Over the decades, many Los Feliz men and women have courageously served in the military.  Let’s salute all of them as we celebrate Veterans’ Day 2021. From the LFIA Photo Archives, we’re proud to recognize two of our veterans, brothers Victor (left) and Peter Aguilar, on leave at their family home in 1968.  Both are JMHS graduates.  Their dad was also a soldier and as youngsters they lived in Griffith Park’s Rodger Young Village, temporary housing for returning WWII veterans and their families. We thank the Aguilar brothers and all our local veterans for their service.
