On Monday, April 27th the LFIA honored retiring Councilmember Tom LaBonge.  The tribute was followed by a CD4 run-off candidate forum. Host Elex Michaelson moderated the debate between Carolyn Ramsay and David Ryu.  Marshall senior William Nunez was awarded the 2015 Leadership Award.
