On February 20, 2018 Councilmember David Ryu announced staffing changes including a new Field Deputy. Stepping in for Adam Miller is Rachel Fox, new field deputy for Los Feliz, Silverlake and Central Hollywood.

Rachel Fox is a Field Deputy for Councilmember David Ryu representing Council District 4.
Prior to joining the Councilmember Ryu’s office, Rachel worked to support training and consulting programs for the Center for Nonprofit Management. Rachel is a proud alumni of the Los Angeles County Arts Commission Summer Internship Program, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Chapman University.
