From April 1 though Fall of 2013, traffic along Los Feliz Boulevard will be impacted by infrastructure upgrades by the LADWP. The first section effected will be the intersection of Hillhurst and Los Feliz, which will be reduced to one lane in the westbound direction from April 1 through early May. Eastbound there will be no left turn onto Hillhurst from Los Feliz; and northbound there will be no left turn onto Los Feliz from Hillhurst. Southbound on Hillhurst, traffic will need to turn right onto Los Feliz, as traffic will be blocked from crossing Los Feliz in the southbound direction. The bus stop at the northeast corner of Los Feliz and Hillhurst will be temporarily relocated.

Beginning in early May and continuing through the Fall of 2013, Los Feliz Blvd. between North New Hampshire Blvd and Cheswic Lane will be reduced to one lane in each direction during work hours (9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday). At Vermont Ave, there will be no left turn onto Los Feliz Blvd.

All residents will be allowed to enter and exit their driveways during construction, and all
lanes will remain open to traffic during non-construction days/times.
