In response to the large volume of tourists visiting the Hollywood Sign, CD4 councilmember, David Ryu, hired a transportation consultant to study the resulting traffic congestion in Griffith Park and the surrounding residential streets. The report proposes a number of possible solutions to ease traffic in the Park and provide a better viewing experience for visitors.
