Let’s not forget there’s a legendary Los Feliz connection in this Sunday’s Super Bowl game. Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid, vying for a repeat of last year’s title, grew up in Los Feliz and went to John Marshall High School where he was a big man on campus as a football star. JMHS classmates visited the famous alum in 2016 at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO. The late Tom LaBonge was assistant coach of Marshall’s football team in the early ‘70s, when the roster included none other than Andy Reid and brother Mark LaBonge.
