ELIGIBILITY:
- Any Marshall High School graduating Senior admitted to a four (4) year or two (2) year college or university. Proof of admission required before receiving the award
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- Participation and leadership in community service
- Minimum one letter of recommendation – maximum of three letters
- Demonstrates financial need
