Mark your calendars for the second installment of LFIA’s celebration of all things Los Feliz, Viva Los Feliz: Haunted.
Join us on Wednesday, October 30 to mix and mingle with your neighbors and enjoy a fun evening of mysteries, murders and spooky stories from Los Feliz’ past!
- Enjoy Yuca’s burritos and the magic of Josh of Diamonds during the reception (6 to 7 pm)
- The Autry galleries will also be free during reception
- Hosted by Phil Leirness, Los Angeles Breakfast Club and podcast “The Voice of Los Feliz”
- South Griffith Park presentation from CD4 Councilmember Nithya Raman
- Win a $50 gift certificate to Yuca’s in our costume contest in either “Best Overall” or “Most Los Feliz”
- “Haunted Residence” by actress, improviser, writer Lily Holleman
- “The Curse of the Felizes” by Griffith Park’s renowned historian Mike Eberts
- Videos: “Los Feliz Murder Mansion,” “Mulholland Fountain,” “Old Haunts,” and “Haunted Bench”
- A $50 door prize for a print from Los Feliz artist David Montgomery
- Marshall High creative writing winners presenting their spooky stories
