History:

This was the home of Joan Peers in 1930. Born in 1909 in Chicago, she began to appear in film in 1929 playing Helen Morgan’s daughter in “Applause.” A former child actress, she was featured in nine films during her brief career (1929-1931). She died in 1975 in San Francisco.
