This was the home of Douglas Bronston (a.k.a. Douglas Bronstein) in 1930. Born in 1887 in Kentucky, he started writing screenplays in 1915 for Pathe and Balboa Studios. When he re- tired from screenwriting in 1925, he had penned 18 films. He passed away in 1951 in Los Angeles.
