History:

Residence of Nick and Irene Stiny and their sons George, Mike, and Nick in the 1960s. Nick was a member of the Board of Directors of the LFIA and ran for City Council in 1959. Irene was President of the Franklin Avenue Elementary PTA in 1954. In 1956 she was crowned Mrs. Los Feliz and Mrs. Los Angeles. They lived here until 1973.  (Source: sw b&c, 11/09/34, p.64 keo)
