Elmer Ralphs, owner Miller’s son-in-law in 1930, lived here. Ralphs was a son of Walter Ralphs, grandson of the Walter Ralphs who founded the Ralphs Brothers Grocers in 1873. Ralphs was living with his in-laws while preparing to move into a newly built home at 2401 Nottingham Avenue.
