History:
First owners John Dunlap Bowler and his wife Zella owned Illes Ayars Publishing Co. Southwest Builder and Contractor was their publication. Zella Wright, daughter of the first owner, stored a time capsule in a wall of a garden shed in 1942. The capsule included family photos and newspaper clippings.
