History:

Residence of Nina and Sergis Alberts in the 1930s and 1940s. Sergis was a famous portrait artist. Son Cecil and daughter Clarice attended John Marshall High School. Clarice teaches art in the Twin Cities. She produces TV shows “Accent on Art”. “Kids Art”, and “International Cafe Internet Arts.” Family photos of the exterior and interior of the house were donated to the LFIA History Committee in 1998.
