History:

Milt Davis House – Designed by architect Ed Niles for Milt Davis (1929 – 2008), a former professional football player of African American and Native American descent. Davis later pursued a doctorate in education at UCLA. He was a professor of Natural History at Los Angeles City College and taught at John Marshall High School in Los Feliz before retiring to Oregon.

2615 Nottingham Avenue was also the home of Dr. Ron LeBaron D.D.S. in the 1980s.
