History:
House built for the mother-in-law of Earle C. Anthony and designed by one of the Craftsman style Greene & Greene brothers. Doug and Eunice Goodan (grandson of Harry Chandler) purchased the house in 1949 after marrying. Goodan wrote “A Lifetime in Los Feliz” for summer 1991 Los Feliz Observer. His grandfather Harry Chandler was one of the first settlers, and Goodan has lived in Los Feliz all his life. He was the owner of Hoover Realtors in the 1970s and 1980s.
