History:
Residence of Clive Morgan in 1930. Although the handsome, mustachioed bit player claimed he was originally from England, Clive Morgan was actually born in Virginia on September 14, 1897. In 1929, he played Tarzan’s evil cousin in Universal’s “Tarzan the Tiger.” A seasoned character actor, he often played military officers, doormen, and sales clerks. Between 1929 and 1962, he appeared in 36 films, including “The Lives of a Bengal Lancer”, “You Can’t Take It With You”, “Gunga Din”, “Gaslight”, and “The Young Lions.” He passed away on September 14, 1984.
