Mrs. Hazel A. Kellams Shaw was a member of the Los feliz Woman’s Club from 1932-1963. She was Hazel Kellams until 1960 when she remarried. She moved from 1939 N. New Hampshire by 1963. (Source: Los Feliz Woman’s Club rosters).
