2 story modern house designed and built by Walter Ralphs, Jr. (of the supermarket family) as his bachelor pad in 1953-54.

Extensively restored in 1995 by Richard Stanley, owner, with architects Tony Unruh and Michael Albanese and designer Trish Boyer. C.J. Bonura contractor. Features include a massive rock fireplace in first floor main room and full width panoramic view deck. Master bedroom has brick wall. Lot includes original Homer Laughlin olive trees.
