Property was bought by Dorothy G. Welch on 12/30/42 $1,500. Adolph Kodolfsky on 01/13/48 $2,100. Eugene M. Harrington 09/28/49 $2,100. Improvements valued at $360 in 1950. (Source: County Assessors Book 1946 1950, Book 222, p.9) Back part of house was originally servant’s quarters for the estate to the north. Original estate of Sterling Ploeser was on 3 lots that were divided on his death. House was remodeled and extended toward the street in late 1980s.
