Bar culture expert Patrick Quinn, author of “Bar Keeps—A Collection of California’s Best Cocktail Napkins,” will be the featured speaker Thursday, March 23, from 7-8 p.m. at the Architecture&Beyond Virtual Lecture Series, in conjunction with the Los Feliz Library.

“Bar Keeps” is a fun and fabulous tour of cocktail culture in Southern California and beyond and provides a loopy look at how bars and cocktail napkins bond.

Quinn is a production designer at Universal Studios.  He’s also an inveterate collector of cocktail napkins and adds to his ever-growing bar memorabilia by visiting swap meets and antique malls.
